Kick-off & Scope
Whether you’re bringing us complete architectural schematics or starting without one, we begin by clarifying your goals and timeline, and we’ll help you connect with an Architect if you need one.
Proposal & Agreement
You’ll receive a custom proposal that outlines exactly what we’ll deliver, how we’ll support construction, and when payments are due, ensuring there are no surprises.
Site Review & Code Check
We review surveys, Geotech reports, and local code info (flood zones, wind loads, HOA rules, etc.) to make sure our designs meet every requirement, be it FEMArelated, hurricane wind speeds, or otherwise.
Design Integration
If you already have architectural drawings, we can begin the Engineering process and flag any issues. If not, we work directly with your Architect to weave structural systems seamlessly into your vision.
Calculations & Drafting
Our engineers run all the load, connection, and foundation calculations, then produce permit-ready drawings in a PDF ready for your review.
Permitting
We compile the engineering submittal package, provide the permit expeditor with everything they need to submit, and handle any revisions so permits move smoothly.
Construction Support
From pre-construction meetings to on-call answers for RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, we stay engaged to resolve field questions and safeguard your structure.
